Can I add the additional extra items such as the telephone module to this system?
Yes you can, please scroll down the website page and add the extra items you require to your order
How many video monitors can the system allow?
You can have a total of 15 video monitors for each individual system based upon a typical "Loop IN/OUT" with your cables to each monitor
If your cables for each video monitor run to a central point then you will require the DBC4-4 way switcher for EVERY 4 x video monitors
How many door panels can I have?
You can have a total of 4 door panels for each system but you will require the DBC-4 4 way switcher
What IP rating is the door panel?
It is IP55 rated
What are the cable requirements?:
The Prestige video door entry system can operate on CAT5/e, alarm or telephone cable but for best results should you use 1.0mm-1.5mm stranded twisted pair cable, especially if you have a rather long cable run. Whatever cable type you choose, it MUST be non shielded and twisted paired

What type of lock release can I use?:
The standard system will support a typical 12v dc power to un-lock & power to lock type lock release, however, if you require to use a magnetic lock or perhaps an automated gate then please email us for details as you may require an additional power supply and you will most certainly require our TDR5 (timer relay interface) board
