Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your order to you within 2 business days (If the item is out of stock we will email you straight away), however, we do please ask that you allow sufficient time for your installation and ask that you do not order items the day before you require them - we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as this is out of our control once the item has left our warehouse
If there is any problem with your delivery then we will email you so do please check your email account regularly

Delivery of all items are made by Courier and not Royal Mail. All items are dispatched using "Next Day" service Monday to Friday subject to stock availability and charged at £7.95 + VAT for Mainland UK only, depending upon customer location

Channel Islands @£23.00 (2 day delivery)
Northern Ireland & Ireland @ £23.00 + VAT (Unless a valid EU VAT number is issued - 2 day delivery)
Isle of Wight @ £13.00 + VAT
Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles & Scottish Islands @ £35.50 + VAT (2 day delivery)

"Next Day" service means the item will be sent the 'Next Day' from the date the order is accepted - for example, if an order is received and accepted on Monday, then it will be sent out Tuesday

We do not deliver on weekends

Every effort is made to ensure goods are dispatched on time, however, this cannot be guaranteed by the very nature of traffic and/or road accidents. Remote areas of Scotland and the Highlands may take longer for delivery
