CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
Your consumer rights to cancel your order:
As a consumer (Not a business or trade buyer) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order for a full refund of the order cost excluding the delivery cost and excluding your postage cost for returning the item

Under the Distance Selling Regulations for consumers (Not a business or trade buyer) you are required to inform us by email or letter of your intention to return items within this 7 day period

The item must be returned with all fixings, packing and any supplied paperwork, manuals or instruction booklets and must be in a reasonable and re-saleable condition for us to issue a refund - Please see below

Any item/s returned to us that is not in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded in full Manufacturers will not accept items that are scratched, scuffed or have any parts missing. Charges will be made for any missing or damaged items found - Please see below

The purchaser is required to return the item to us at their own expense

As a Business customer you have the right to cancel your order, however, you do not have the same rights as a consumer

FAULTY ITEMS:
Faulty items: (Consumers and Business customers)
In the event of an item deemed as faulty after a period of 7 days please email us immediately with the order number detailing the item fault and we will either repair or replace the item for you

Whilst faults do occur, it is more often than not that incorrect or short circuiting of wiring or heavy handling of connections of the cabling and/or connections, in-experience or non-understanding of the instructions are the main cause/s for the need to return items that are in perfect working order

All items deemed as faulty are required to be sent back to us at the purchasers expense for repair or replacement if required

If the returned item is found to be operational upon our tests, a report will be emailed to you together with a repair charge of £15.50 + VAT for the testing and re-delivery of the item

Doorentryonline Ltd will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production or labour time or any other associated costs resulting from the installation of our products or in-experience of the installer

Replacement of faulty items:
Doorentryonline Ltd do not send out advanced replacement items under any circumstances whatsoever, no matter how urgent it maybe. If you require a replacement item then you are requested to purchase it via our website in the first instance and we will refund you subject to our Refunds/Returns Policy

Acceptance of receipt of returned items by Doorentryonline Ltd is made by signature only for larger items

Smaller items can be returned by normal post to us

Items returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if it is found to be faulty as a result of poor workmanship a new item will be sent to you without question at our expense

REFUNDS:
Full, partial or non refunds:
Full, partial or non refunds will be/not made if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition or if you ordered incorrectly or no longer require the item

A re-stocking charge of 20% of the net order amount + VAT (excluding our delivery charge) may be charged to you for incorrect ordering

Credit/refund will not be made for items returned damaged whatsoever

Credit/refund will not be made for any items older than 90 days whatsoever

Our minimum charge is 20% of the net order amount + VAT (excluding our delivery charge)

Warranty:
All items purchased are supplied with a manufacturers standard 12 month warranty in addition to Doorentryonline Ltd ensuring that goods are supplied free of dirt, damaged materials or defective workmanship. Warranty will not cover any goods found to be misused, forcibly damaged or due to Mother Nature
