Tech Tips

• Keypad Maintenance: Periodically clean the keypad fascia to prevent dirt buildup between the buttons, which can cause them to become "sticky." Regular maintenance ensures long-lasting operation.
• Magnetic Lock Power: This lock operates on either 12V or 24V DC. Crucially, ensure you have correctly set the wiring connections for your chosen power supply before turning it on. Incorrect voltage can cause the lock to overheat, fail to engage, or damage the system.
• Lock Maintenance: Periodically clean the surfaces of both the magnet and the armature plate with a light oil to ensure optimal performance.
