Tech Tips

• Maintenance: Periodically clean the keypad facia to prevent dirt from accumulating and causing buttons to stick. Regular maintenance ensures long-lasting performance.
• Powering the Lock: The magnetic lock supports both 12V and 24V DC. Before powering on, double-check that your wiring corresponds to your chosen voltage to avoid overheating or lock failure.
• Lock Surface: To ensure optimal performance, periodically clean the surfaces of the magnet and armature plate with a light oil.
