U600L-Kit: Glass Door Bracket and Header Kit
Overview
The U600L-Kit is designed to securely fit mini and double mini magnetic locks onto frameless glass doors. This comprehensive kit is suitable for doors between 10mm and 15mm thick that open outwards and have a frameless glass header above.
Key Features:
- Versatile Compatibility: Works seamlessly with glass doors and headers ranging from 10mm to 15mm in thickness. Spacers are included for glass between 12mm and 15mm.
- Drill-Free Installation: The brackets attach securely to the glass using the supplied grub screws, eliminating the need to drill holes. For added stability and to prevent shifting, we recommend using a glass adhesive during installation.
- Optimal Clearance: Designed for a clearance gap of 4mm to 7mm between the door and the header glass.
Compatibility:
This kit is suitable for the following magnetic locks:
- Single Mini Magnetic Locks: 600-S, 600-S-DS, 600-S-LED, 600-S-LED-DS
- Double Mini Magnetic Locks: 600-D, 600-D-LED (Note: Two U600L-Kits are required for double lock installations).
What's Included:
- 1 x U600L Cradle: Mounts to the glass door frame to hold the magnetic lock's 'L' bracket.
- 1 x 'L' Bracket: Attaches to the U600L cradle.
- 1 x GDB-U600 Cradle: Mounts to the glass door to hold the magnetic lock's armature plate.
